Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors. According to the statistics of WHO, in 2020, it is estimated that there were more than 1.9 million new CRC cases and more than 930,000 CRC deaths worldwide. The incidence and mortality of CRC in China also show a significant increasing trend. According to the latest statistics from the National Cancer Center of China, the new incidence of CRC in China ranked the second among all cancer incidence spectrum in 2022.Chemotherapy is the most common treatment for CRC, which can reduce cancer recurrence and prolong the survival time of patients. It has been found that the abundance of F. nucleatum is significantly related to the prognosis of CRC, and F. nucleatum may cause CRC chemotherapy resistance by affecting the expression of some genes. In this database, the CRC cell microarray enriched by F. nucleatum in four GEO databases was collected and analyzed. A total of 485 differentially expressed genes were included. The expression of these genes affected by Fusobacterium nucleatum, the brief description of genes, and the related research of genes and CRC were recorded. This database can be used as an auxiliary tool to search and screen the CRC gene expression caused by F. nucleatum enrichment, which is helpful to deepen the understanding of the mechanism of F. nucleatum in the occurrence and development of CRC, and also provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of CRC, thereby improving the survival rate of cancer patients.
