The occurrence of respiratory diseases is often closely related to thedisorder of respiratory microbiome, and the interaction between bacterial community and host can affect the occurrence and development of various respiratory diseases. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the composition, distribution and interaction of respiratory microbiome with host to elucidate the occurrence and development of diseases. At the same time, it also provides reference and ideas for more rational use of antibiotics and more targeted treatment. In order to integrate many data resources and results of research and promote the comparative study, the literature review and analysis of information extraction, just different mammalian respiratory diseases pathogenic bacteria strains, virulence factors, pathogenesis, molecular mechanism and the interaction between them, summed up in humans, cattle, sheep and other mammals for respiratory diseases related to host organisms. Thus, a knowledge base of mammalian respiratory disease microbiome was constructed to assist the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases. The interface supports query functions, such as "disease type" and "scientific name of bacteria". This knowledge base will contribute to further research on the microbiome of respiratory diseases in mammals, and at the same time assist in making more targeted and targeted treatments for related respiratory diseases.
