Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer in the world. Colonic carcinogenesis is a gradual process. Liquid biopsy, as an early screening method for low-invasive colorectal cancer, can significantly reduce the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer patients. Some tumor markers in the blood for the specific early diagnosis of colorectal cancer can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Database of Tumor Early-Screening Based on Liquid Biopsy (DTS-LB) contains microRNA, lncRNA, protein, methylated DNA and other markers in the blood and their related panels, and evaluates the ability of early diagnosis of these markers or their related panels. The database also provides a comprehensive discussion of the algorithms and sample types used to evaluate blood markers. Therefore, it can be used as an auxiliary tool for the selection of colorectal cancer blood markers to provide a basis for the selection of specific colorectal cancer blood markers, so as to improve the early diagnosis ability of colorectal cancer, reduce costs, and thus improve the survival rate of colorectal cancer patients.
