Cancer is an important disease threatening human life and health at present. Oral chemotherapy drugs have the advantages of low cost and strong patient compliance, but the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy drugs on normal cells of the body can not be ignored. With the emergence of targeted drugs such as antibody conjugated drugs (ADC) and polypeptide conjugated drugs (PDC), the targeted therapy of tumors has been realized. Compared with ADC and PDC, small molecule drug conjugates (SMDC) have lower cost, no immunogenicity, high permeability, and high stability in vivo and in vitro. In this database, different small molecule drug conjugates in different stages of drug development were collected, and the targeted receptors, payloads, targeted ligands and linkers of small molecule drug conjugates were systematically analyzed, as well as the activity of small molecule drug conjugates. Therefore, the database can be used as an auxiliary tool for pharmacodynamics screening of small molecule drug conjugates, systematic analysis and research on the targeting ligands, payloads and linkers of small molecule drug conjugates. This database can provide a research basis for the development of anti-tumor targeted drugs, reduce the cost of tumor targeted drugs, and improve the survival rate of cancer patients.
